My Best Line…

It doesn’t matter if I’m talking 1-on-1 with a Remodeler or in-front of a group of 80 at a Home Builders Association Meeting, this line always gets me some head nods and chuckles…

I’ll recreate the moment I’m referring to here in this little message…

It’s when I’m discussing step TWO of the 7-Steps to Marketing Success which is about finding and communicating our CORE DIFFERENCE.

I say:

You know, I’ve been talking to Remodelers who look the same, talk the same and act the same as all of their competitors… Prospects are not seeing anything unique or different about them which leads to the Remodeler ALWAYS competing solely on price.

And guess what folks, Price is a TERRIBLE place to compete. Why?

*** Because there is ALWAYS someone willing to go out of business sooner than you! ***

BUT THAT LINE IS TRUE!

There is always someone willing to knock their price down, undercut you…go out of business sooner than you…

To get out of the rat race of competing on price you HAVE to increase VALUE.

How do you increase value? You build a Marketing SYSTEM around something that makes you DIFFERENT. Something that makes you stand out and be UNIQUE.

Lastly – When this point of difference is uncovered and done properly – it also ends up being something that gets the attention of your Ideal Client.
